Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all users who access or use the Bytey platform’s community features, including but not limited to posting, commenting, sharing, and interacting with other users (collectively, the “Community”). By using the Community, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

1. Respectful Conduct

You must treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks are strictly prohibited.

2. Lawful and Appropriate Content

You may not post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, links, and text.

3. No Spam or Unauthorized Promotions

You may not use the Community to advertise, promote, or solicit products, services, or other commercial activities without our prior written consent. Repetitive posts or spam-like behavior are also prohibited.

4. Protect Privacy

You may not post or request personal, confidential, or identifying information about yourself or others.

5. Stay Relevant

Content should remain relevant to the purpose of the Community — including discussions of food, restaurant experiences, recommendations, rewards, and other Bytey-related topics.

6. Reporting Violations

We encourage users to report any content or behavior that violates these Guidelines. Reports can be made through the platform’s reporting tools or by contacting us at hi@byteyapp.com.

Enforcement and Consequences

Bytey reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content or suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account that violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Service, without prior notice. Bytey also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Amendments

Bytey may modify or update these Guidelines from time to time. Your continued use of the Community constitutes your acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
